Mount Krizevac, also known as Cross Mountain, is a prominent pilgrimage site in Medjugorje, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is named after the large concrete cross erected at its summit in 1934 to commemorate 1900 years since the crucifixion of Jesus. Pilgrims climb the steep path while praying the Stations of the Cross, which are marked by bronze reliefs along the route. The climb is both physically and spiritually demanding, offering panoramic views and a profound sense of reflection at the summit.
A gravel path winds through a rocky area dotted with olive trees, where several people walk near a building under a clear, sunny sky.
