Hyères-Port-Saint-Pierre is a new one-star Michelin restaurant. It is located in Hyères, close to Toulon and the islands of Porquerolles and Port-Cros. This restaurant is run by the chef Pierre Reboul who was trained by, amongst others, Alain Ducasse.
On a bright, clear day, the sun glares intensely across a calm expanse of ocean, bordered by a rocky breakwater and a pier that extends towards a distant coastline and a marina filled with boat masts.
