According to Rossiyskaya Gazeta, a state-run newspaper, the investigation is part of a criminal case under Russia's Criminal Code, targeting Durov for allegedly assisting terrorist activities.
Tensor has repeatedly denied the allegations and maintains its commitment to privacy and freedom. Durov, however, remains confident that these measures will not succeed in subjugating Telegram and protecting its users' rights.
