Zeng Congqin, the 57-year-old chairman and party secretary of Wuliangye Yibin, is facing suspicion of serious violations of party discipline and laws. The Sichuan Discipline Inspection Commission announced his investigation on Saturday night, leading to his removal from the company's leadership list. Despite the probe, Wuliangye Yibin claims it will not significantly impact their normal operations.
