Background

Zeeshan Ahmed had been actively campaigning for the safe return of his father, Zaheer, who was also forcibly disappeared in 2015. The Baloch Yakjehti Committee reported that the activist was abducted after a football match.

The Incident

Zeeshan disappeared on June 29th, and his body was found the next day in Panjgur. According to reports, his body showed clear signs of torture.
