Gaza's healthcare system is severely strained, with hospitals rendered inoperable and medical professionals killed in the strikes. The Israeli military claims to have targeted over 100 locations in Gaza, including militant hideouts and weapons facilities, accusing Hamas of operating within civilian areas.
Humanitarian Crisis
Civilians are struggling to obtain basic necessities like food and water. Aid organizations cite Israeli restrictions and lawlessness as impediments to delivering humanitarian aid, leading to widespread hunger. Abeer al-Najjar, residing in the Muwasi area, described the struggle to feed her family amidst the ongoing bombardments. Her husband, Ali al-Najjar, highlighted the severe water scarcity, especially during the summer months.
