A six-member team from the Melaka Tengah Fire and Rescue station was immediately dispatched to the residence. Upon arrival, the rescue crew encountered a visibly distressed canine, wedged tightly amongst the mechanical components at the base of the massage chair. It was understood that the dog had been sitting on the chair when it unexpectedly fell into an opening, becoming ensnared.

The firefighters approached the situation with utmost care, recognizing the potential for injury to the trapped animal. “My men began the rescue work with caution to avoid causing any injury to the animal,” Superintendent Shahrom Laji stated.
