Second Incident: Russian-Bound Tanker Catches Fire

The vessel, named the Kairos, caught fire after an explosion in the Black Sea. Rescue teams successfully evacuated all 25 crew members from the 274-meter-long ship. The Kairos had reported an "external impact" on Friday, leading to the blaze 28 nautical miles off the Turkish shore while it was en route to Russia's Novorossiysk port.
