Doctor Charged with Sexual Assault of 38 Patients in UK Hospitals

A doctor from Birmingham has been formally charged in connection with the sexual assault of 38 patients who were under his care, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) announced. Nathaniel Spencer, 38, of Quinton, Birmingham, faces a significant number of charges stemming from an extensive investigation by Staffordshire Police.

The charges against Mr. Spencer include 15 counts of sexual assault, 17 counts of assault by penetration, and nine counts of sexual assault involving a child under the age of 13.
