Zobaidul Amin, 28, faces multiple serious federal charges, including conspiracy to produce and distribute child pornography, cyberstalking, and aggravated identity theft. If convicted, he could face a sentence ranging from 20 years to life in prison. Federal prosecutors stated that a judge will decide the final punishment according to US sentencing guidelines.
