U.S. Embassy in Baghdad Warns Citizens to Leave After Second Attack

The U.S. Embassy in Baghdad has issued a warning to all American citizens to leave Iraq immediately following a second attack on the embassy.

The attack was carried out by Iran-backed militias, and the embassy has advised citizens to travel overland to neighboring countries due to disrupted commercial flights. They also warned against visiting the embassy or a U.S. consulate in Erbil.
