A Florida Man Arrested in New York Hit-and-Run

A Florida man has been arrested after a fatal hit-and-run incident in New York City. Terrill Jenkins, a 44-year-old from Palm Harbor, Florida, was struck and killed by a tractor-trailer driven by Vincent Spano, also from Florida.

The driver fled the scene but later turned himself in to authorities. Jenkins was on his way to work at a Home Depot when the accident occurred. His family expressed frustration over the driver's actions. Both drivers face charges related to the incident.
