A Delta co-pilot, Rustom Bhagwagar, was arrested upon arrival at San Francisco International Airport on Sunday. The 34-year-old is facing serious charges of child sexual assault.

Bhagwagar was taken into custody immediately after the Boeing 757-300 landed. Law enforcement officials boarded the plane while passengers were still present and escorted him off. The other pilot was reportedly unaware of the situation.

Born December 15, 1990, Bhagwagar is being held on $5 million bail and faces five felony counts. Delta Airlines has suspended him pending a full investigation and is cooperating with authorities.
