The multi-day manhunt for Austin Drummond, the suspect in the murder of four family members, has ended with his capture in Jackson, Tennessee.
Drummond is accused of killing James M Wilson, Adrianna Williams, Cortney Rose, and Braydon Williams in Tiptonville and abandoning an infant related to the victims. A lockdown was issued in Jackson before Drummond was apprehended.
Surveillance footage had placed Drummond at a church on Pipkin Road armed with a rifle. The US Marshals Service offered a $32,500 reward for information leading to his arrest. Drummond faces four counts of first-degree murder, aggravated kidnapping, and weapons charges.
Three associates, Giovonte Thomas, Tanaka Brown, and Dearrah Sanders, have been arrested as accessories after the fact. The abandoned infant was found on July 29.
